A leading and well-known mobile & other electronic peripherals retailer with more than 20 branches and multiple stores in different geographical locations. The client has over 500+ staff in different departments connected through the Stores Everywhere (SEW) web application.
Client Challenges
The client, a prominent name in the local region, was using outdated systems to manage inventory and accounts. As the business grew, they struggled to manage live stocks of inventory in real-time. Daily sales transactions were limited as the existing process took almost 10 minutes to generate a single invoice, leading to human errors.
Engagement Objectives
The goal was to build a new in-house portal to address business challenges and finish the invoice process within 30 seconds. The solution needed to manage multiple branches, inventory stocks, and live marketing promotions for floor personnel.
